I began with the Small Steps program for parents with children suffering Anxiety Disorders. I then completed an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis), for children with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder). I then moved into a more family orientated roll, and began helping families with many different challenges.

I organise local Mums support groups. From Art and Craft workshops, to; How to Manage Social Media. I also like to support families remotely with programs such as TLP.
I believe we have so much pressure on us to "be perfect", we need to take steps to make our lives more enjoyable, rather than a mythical "perfect". I do not want to be hesitant when seeking out help, and I do not want to feel weak or disadvantaged by doing so. I believe this will make me a better Mum and role model for my children. They will learn from the actions I take in my life. I want to remember to take a breathe and be more loving and caring and clearly demonstrate to my children how we can all care for each other.
